One of the first thing to learn for CUCM is the wildcards that used for route pattern. Let's learn by example:
Example 19.[2-9]XXXXXX- "." - delimiter doesn't match any digits, mainly used for discarding
- "[2-9]" - range of digits from 2 to 9
- "X" - single digit between 0 and 9
Example 29.011!#- "!" - one or more occurrences of digits between 0 and 9
- "#" - used to avoid interdigit timeout
Some other matching examples:
1111 - matches 1111
*1*1 - matches *1*1
12XX - matches numbers between 1200 and 1299
13[25-8]6 - matches 1326, 1356, 1366, 1376, 1386
13[^3-9]6 - matches 1306, 1316, 1326, 13*6, 13#6
13!# - matches any number that begins with 13, is followed by one or more digits, and ends with #; 135# and 13579# are example matches
