Remember to configure "url directories"!
Router(config)# telephony-service
Router(config-telephony)# url directories http://1.2.3.4/localdirectory
You will then see the corporate directory (actually the local directory) when you press the "directory" button!

In the command, you have mentioned an IP address? where is that of ?
Is that of the router interface which the IP Phones are pointing to?
or which IP address is that?
That is the IP address of your CME router, the one you have specified as CME source IP address under telephony-service.
